Kumakalat ngayon sa Facebook ang larawan na ito na pinakikita mga hikers na meron mga pinitas na halaman habang sila ng hike sa Mt. Malindig. Dahilan nauso ang plantito at plantita ang mga tao nahilig sa mga halaman. Ang mga plantito plantita ang mga halaman madalas binibili nila at mga ornamental or exotic.
Dahilan ang DENR ng labas ng batas “Cutting, collecting and gathering wild plants in the forest is a violation of Republic Act 9147 or the Wildlife Resources Conservation and Protection Act,” said DENR 7 Regional Executive Director Paquito D. Melicor.
For hunting and trading, the penalty ranges from two to four years of imprisonment and/or fine of P30,000 to P300,000 for hunting and P5,000 to P300,000 for trading of wildlife. For the mere transport of wildlife, the penalty is six months to one-year imprisonment and/or P50,000 to P100,000 fine.
With this we would be looking forward that these people will be penalized for being irresponsible hikers. Kulang na lang yata ubusin nila yung mga halaman sa bundok.

Pinaghahanap na ng DENR PENRO Marinduque mga tao nasa larawan para harapin ang kaso nila sa pag kuha mga halaman.
