How to Join

1. To join the promo, customer must buy any Amazing Aloha Champ Value Meal with fries and Pineapple Juice (12oz. OR 16oz.).
2. The Official Receipt number on the receipt must be inputted into the entry form in the Amazing Aloha Blowout page on www.amazingblowout.com.
3. The following are the simple steps on how to join:

STEP 1: Purchase an Amazing Aloha Champ Value Meal with fries and Pineapple Juice (12oz. or 16oz.).

STEP 2: Keep the receipt.

STEP 3: Visit www.amazingblowout.com and fill up the entry form along with the Official Receipt number.

STEP 4:  Submit entry form.

4. The customer must fill up and submit the entry form with the following information:

1. Name
2. Complete postal address
3. Contact information
4. Email address
5. Official Receipt Number

NOTE: One receipt is equivalent to ONLY ONE ENTRY regardless of the number of Amazing Aloha Champ Value Meals with Pineapple Juice included.

1. One submission is equivalent to one entry.

2. Only receipts from Jollibee branches in the Philippines will be counted as valid entries.

Raffle Draw Dates and Prizes

First Draw Date: April 13, 2015

Second Draw Date: April 20, 2015

Third Draw Date: April 27, 2015

Fourth Draw Date: May 4, 2015

• All qualified entries received within the cut-off period shall be entitled to join the weekly raffle draws.
• Winning entries from previous weeks will no longer be eligible for the succeeding draws.
• A participant can win only once. If a name is drawn more than once throughout the promo, he/she will be awarded the largest prize among the weeks he/she was drawn in. The smaller prizes will be awarded to back-up winners.
• Non-winning entries are still qualified on the next draw.
• The prizes are tax-free, non-convertible to cash but are transferable.
• The validity of all the prizes is within sixty (60) days upon receipt of notification.

Notification of Winners and Prize Redemption

• All contestants MUST KEEP the original receipt used in the entry form for presentation upon claiming of the prizes.
• Winners will be announced on the website.
• Winners will be notified thru registered mail, email and SMS after each weekly draw.
• Winners can claim their prizes within 60 days from the receipt of notification at 9F Jollibee Plaza, F. Ortigas Jr. Ave. Ortigas Center, Pasig City and look for Arlene Arnejo.
• Provincial areas winners may claim their prize in a Jollibee branch nearest them.
• Winners MUST present the following to claim their prizes:
  • Valid ID
  • Registered mail sent by Jollibee Foods Corp.
  • Original Official Receipt used in the entry form
    • Original Official Receipt used in entry form (For lost original receipt, the customer may present an affidavit of Loss duly notarized).
  • Winners may also claim their prizes through their duly authorized representative, who, aside from submitting all the documents enumerated above, must also present written authorization designating their authority to receive such prize on behalf of the winner and their own proof of valid identification.
  • Winner shall have at least sixty (60) days from the date of the publication or announcement or receipt of registered mail, whichever comes last, within which to claim their prizes. A detailed set of instructions for claiming of prizes will be sent through registered mail.

Prize Forfeiture

• All unclaimed prizes after the sixty (60) days from the date of the publication or announcement or receipt of registered mail/email notification, whichever comes last, shall be forfeited with prior DTI approval.

Disqualification and Exclusions

• Employees of Jollibee Foods Corp., McCann Worldgroup Philippines, Inc. (“Agency”) and other official media partners and sponsors and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining.
