It’s been reported that Alice Guo the former Bamban Tarlac Mayor otherwise known as Chinese national Guo Hua Ping facing multiple charges was able to fled the Philippines July 17, 2024 one month from now.
“As far as we know, Mayor Guo is still in the country. There has been no report to us of an attempted departure from the Bureau of Immigration,” Clavano said.
“In fact, she filed a motion for her case in the DOJ last Friday to which she attached a counter affidavit, which was sworn before a Philippine notary public on August 14, 2024. And there have been reported sightings from LEAs (law enforcement agencies) after July 18, 2024,” he added.
Nitezens had the feeling that Alice Guo planing to escape starting from her not showing up on her hearings.
The question now are how was Alice Guo was able to exit the Philippines? Is she not in close security monitored by our government? Where now is her attorney and other linked to her case?
Our government so lax that a big time Alice Guo was able to fled our country. We have multiple cases that people was able to flee the Philippines and avoiding cases being filed against them. Remove in government authorities the people that should be responsible in securing Alice Guo.
