Celebrate Oktoberfest this 2022 at Clark Marriott

October comes around and what I usually think about is one month closer to Christmas, Halloween, Costumes parties, but another is Oktoberfest! A festival and parade that’s held in Germany for more than 2 weeks straight! What is Oktoberfest though? ( Octoberfest ) It started as a celebration for the wedding of Bavaria’s Crown Prince Ludwig and Princess Therese of Saxony-Hildburghausen in the 1800s. They spent multiple days consuming a huge amount of food and beer accompanied by horse races!

Fast forward to the present and people not just from Germany celebrate Oktoberfest no matter where they are! In The Philippines there is multiple ways to experience the celebrations, but one of the more authentic ways to experience it is with Marriot Clark’s Octoberfest event this October 7 through 8.

We are privileged to have the opportunity of bringing back once again the Clark Marriott Octoberfest after launching it back in 2019.

Gorean Soelter – Clark Marriott Hotel GM

This will be their 2nd year hosting Octoberfest and guests are not only going to be served beer from German Brewer Weihenstephaner, but also authentic German food and music by the German band, Anton Snow to make it feel as if you were in Germany itself!

The move to the Clark Parade Grounds is intended to accommodate a bigger crowd of
festival goers; hence, partnering this year with Clark Development Corporation. With
this move, this year’s festivity promises to be a bigger and better festival since the
German tradition was first introduced to Clark in 2019.
