Here a government vehicle on beastmode breaking the road rules in the Philippines.
This photo taken by Rond Corpuz upon seeing such photo made me irk and why such government vehicle used this way. A government vehicle should know to follow the law and follow road rules. They should not be exempted from it. This is one reason the public is following the footsteps of such law breaking government.
What the worst it upon checking the LTO records that this vehicle last registration was 2013. That means that this vehicle been on the road with an expired registration. The question here lies that just because they are government vehicles they can be exempted from LTO registration and can go around the metro not being apprehended.

As the other drivers would say this what they called beast mode government style. For the government this is one thing I would say that how can you expect the people follow rules that you implement if you yourself from the government break them. I hope that PNoy, LTO, MMDA and the government concerned with this vehicle will do something about this one and remove this driver from work permanently.
