This video that is now making viral online is this no breed driver a car counterflow at BGC. Just because he has this classy car to drive in he can own the road. If this would happen to me I would also do this with matching photos up close with the driver. I’m also a driver and I follow road rules as a law abiding citizen.
The video is taken by PD CJ NL DeBelen and posted in his Facebook Wednesday, April 22, 2015. The plate number of this ever goody driver is ZPU 562.
I also won’t be surprised such drivers are on the road not knowing the road rules. Why? Coz I know one way or the other LTO is accepting payment from fixers to pass applicants for their drivers license.
